Meet Frida

At 12 years old, I embarked on a journey from Lebanon to the United States, navigating a new culture and language in Southern California. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, I spent years solving complex problems - first as a contractor for the U.S. Navy and later in biomedical research, working alongside cardiovascular surgeons to drive medical advancements.

But my true passion has always been helping people, which led me to real estate. When my youngest daughter started preschool, I saw an opportunity to combine my analytical expertise with my love for guiding others through life’s big transitions.

Today, as a Platinum Top Producer and one of Washington’s Top 1.5% Real Estate Agents (RealTrends Verified), I bring a strategic, results-driven approach to every home sale. I help my clients make confident decisions by leveraging expert pricing, innovative marketing, and sharp negotiation skills, ensuring they get the best possible outcome.

My commitment extends beyond real estate. As the administrator of Hearts of Love (HOL), I lead initiatives that support low-income families through mentorship, breast cancer screenings, and legal assistance. I also actively support causes like Walk to Bust Cancer and the BellRinger Ride for cancer research.

When I’m not serving clients or giving back to my community, you’ll find me seeking adventure - biking the Mount Vernon Trail, competing in endurance events, hiking, and making memories with my husband, Rob, and our four daughters.

Whether it’s selling a home or making an impact, I bring the same level of passion, precision, and heart to everything I do.
