At the age of 12, Frida’s family emigrated to the United States from Lebanon. She spent the better part of her teenage years absorbing the English language and adjusting to life in Southern California. She attended California State University and earned her degree in Mechanical Engineering. After 5 years working as a contractor for the US Navy, Frida expanded her knowledge and interest to the Biomedical community. As a Senior Research and Development Biomedical Engineer, she oversaw a project and worked closely with cardiovascular surgeons and technicians. Frida met her husband, Rob, in California, and married in Yosemite National Park. After moving to Alexandria, Frida transitioned to real estate after her youngest began preschool. Frida’s listening abilities, organizational skills, attention to detail and problem solving are tremendous assets to her clients.
Utilizing her skillset, Frida employs a comprehensive approach in all aspects of the sale, including pricing, marketing strategies, contract negotiations, inspections and appraisal valuations. Frida and Rob have 4 daughters who are active in service organizations, sports and the arts. When Frida is not working in real estate, she enjoys biking the Mount Vernon Trail, competing in triathlons, spending time with friends and supporting her daughters. In addition, Frida is on the board of Hearts of Love Foundation. The foundation is committed to providing financial assistance and support to low income families in Alexandria. Frida is the lead for Phoenix Rising – a volunteer organization meeting once a month to assemble and delivers meals.
